The second round of the Speedway Grand Prix series is behind us - this time Warsaw became the world capital of speedway.
The best speedway riders in the world came to Poland to compete at the PGE National Stadium as part of the FIM Speedway Grand Prix series. The second round arrived in Warsaw, which has been attracting crowds of speedway fans for years. ORLEN OIL was the Title Partner of the event, additionally taking care of attractions and a sports atmosphere.
Active support for the biggest speedway event in the world allowed fans not only to enjoy a breathtaking spectacle but also to experience specially prepared ORLEN OIL zones. Classic Polish cars, renovated by Grzegorz Duda, were located in the area in front of the National Stadium. Additional attractions included simulators and a reflex meter, where fans could test their skills and reflexes. For the youngest speedway fans, there were themed coloring books and booklets about road safety.
In Warsaw, the best were Jack Holder, who took first place, Brady Kurtz in second place, and two Poles - Patryk Dudek and Dominik Kubera, who placed third and fourth respectively. Bartosz Zmarzlik finished in eighth place and earned valuable 9 points in the battle for the World Championship title.
